Phil,
Glad the pain and swelling are gone. There's litle worse than a toothache.
Glad to know the tooth about it. Oopse, couldn't refuse that one.

>Well, I just knew you all were waiting to hear more about the abscessed
>tooth problem I have had ongoing since the week of Christmas. That tooth
>has had the root canal fail twice and three different times an abscess has
>developed which cause the left side of my face to swell up almost to the
>size of a golf ball. Pain. Today, I had an appointment with a root canal
>specialist, that is, an endodontist. After a couple of x-rays and a little
>visiting about what had occurred, plus an examination and more talking
>about
>what he figured was going on, he recommended, praise the Lord, that we do
>nothing to it since it calmed down and the x-rays appear to show that the
>dentist who did the root canal, or fixed the failed root canal, did a good
>job. This less than 30 minute visit cost me 99 dollars. Anyhow, I am
>thankful there is no more swelling, tenderness, or pain and I am very
>thankful no surgical procedure had to be done.
