Brad,

Yes, I've been eating those loving bananas! lol.

I love them if they aren't too ripe. lol.

I was so very hungry all the time, and my stomach or as one of my loving
dear friends would call it, my belly felt empty all the time. lol. Now, it
doesn't feel that way, and things are getting back to normal. lol.

Now you all can squeeze me and nothing will happen. lol.

I've also been taking acidophilus as well. It really works.

Yesterday a friend of mine told me to drink a quart of water an hour, so I
tried to do that. I really felt great! lol.

I didn't have to go see Doctor Berg, either. I just desided to see if with
God's help I could do this on my own.

I did see the Orthopedic doctor though, and I will be doing therapy
treatments on my back for about 4 weeks, 3 times a week. I'm not looking
forward to it, but my loving sister-in-law, Betty will be taking me to the
therapy treatments.

Many Lovings and squeezings for you all. Thanks to you all for praying.

Love and blessings,
Pat Ferguson
