Hey, guys, I need some encouragement from out there. It's about time that I
start looking for another job and I'm really nervous about getting out of my
comfort zone. I'm nervous about the whole process from looking to
interviewing since I haven't had to do this in 29 years. I know that a lot
has changed and expectations have changed some too. Just wanted to share
