Throughout my life and certainly while I've been on the echurch list I have
asked others to pray for me. Many others have asked me to pray for them as
well. This is a wonderful gift we have, that of being able to pray for one
another. I see no difference in asking those souls who are still on earth
and living in human bodies and those souls in heaven to pray for me.
Catholics do not pray to the blessed virgin Mary or to various saints,
rather, we ask them to pray for us , in exactly the same way as we would
ask anyone here to pray for us, to intercede for us, to God the Father in
the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
