When one of my nephews was about 5, I was told that he had a conversation 
with my brother Dale.  They were looking at pictures of people being buried 
alive, I believe.  He told Dale,

"You know what I'd do if that happened to me?"

"no, what?"

"I'd say, "Oh Jesus, get the gravel out of my eyes!"."
