Phil,
What a touching story.  What a blessing to you that Ray took you under his
wing and taught you all about the ministry.  I know it must have been a real
shock to learn of his death and feeling of loss to you.  However, the joy
is, as you mentioned, you will see him again and without the earthly ties.
