Brad,

I have thought for years that there has to be a secure way of voting via a
touch tone telephone. Everybody has one of those. You could register that
way, if need be, and vote that way by using your social security number or
something like a national I D number inserted under the skin of your right
hand or your forehead. Each state could easily, and quickly, tabulate the
totals and electronically, and automatically, forward the results to a
computer in Washington D C which we could name the Beast, if you get my
drift. In my concerns about who is going to win, someone I talked with
tonight said, we'd be better off having Bill back. Oh, Lord, help us.

Phil.
