Wow Virgie. That's got to be terrible. If you can put a pattern to it, I
wonder if a solution might be easier, or with a pattern, if there might
really be one.
Mine are consistently poor. Two weeks ago, on a Friday night, came home
from prayer meeting and slept a full night through. I woke up once and went
right back to sleep. When morning came, I thought surely it was the middle
of the night. I was totally shocked and delighted at the same time. It has
been years since I've slept a whole night. And that was almost seven hours.
I'll sure be praying for your rest; and others on this list too, for we're
not alone in sleep problems.
