I've finally gotten a hold of a copy of Paciello's book and the suggestions
he has for tagging a table so that the content can be parsed, with labels,
down to the individual cell appears to be complete. The question, however,
is whether any browser/screen reader combination actually uses all this
information as he intended. I couldn't help but notice the many times he
said things like, "This construction enables a screen reader to present..."
with out confirming that any screen readers actually do. I'm concerned that
this is a little like the longdesc tag none of the current generation of
browser support.
