Penny,

I have it and find it to be somewhat less than accessible as it comes out
of the box.  However, it does look like almost all of it can be made
reasonably accessible with some JFW scripts or Window-Eyes configurations.
It does not support MSAA though, so those nice features that Window-Eyes
and JFW bring to IE will not be available in Opera.  That does not
necessarily mean that it can't be a functional browser though.
