Hello

Two colleagues of mine are working on a training package directed at folks
who will be online facilitators in a synchronous (i.e., live) web-based
environment. I am wondering if there is an easy-to-read article that has
been written specifically to address accessibility-related issues  in
synchronous as opposed to asynchronous learning environments? I am
seeking a hints and tips type of article.
