Please could anyone tell me if they have ever come across a talking
clinometer? A Clinometer is an instrument for measuring inclines, and
usually comes as part of a compass. I would love to know if there is a
way for a blind person to measure an incline? This is in relation to a
student taking a degree at Higher Education and needing to able to
complete this part of the course if possible.

Best wishes
E.A.
