RJ Cooper here, that guy that keeps trying to find or develop the
world's greatest tech stuff for people with special needs <grin>.

I get asked about environmental control quite a bit, and thought I'd
research ways to control appliances, lights, TV/VCR/etc, from your
computer.  I found a pretty economical way to do it.

There are several very nice standalone devices using a portable
transmitter, but I couldn't find a computer-based one for under $500.

So before I went further and actually developed/carried a complete,
*easy* package, I wanted to check with you and see if the *need*

I would consider a similar package for Mac, but we all know that PC's
outnumber Macs *in the home*, but if enough were interested,...
