Hello EASI folk's,

I was wondering if anyone would mind taking a look at HTTP://www.WebCT.com .
I am trying to reconcile web site accessibility, WebCT and JavaScript.  This
page contains JavaScript and it does not have a no script section.  Does
that mean it's not accessible?  I know that there are issues with some of
the links, I can hear them with Jaws, but I can't tell visually where
they're coming from.

Our institution recently put up a login page that contained all mouseovers
and no event handlers that allowed for keyboard access.  Since I pointed
this out they took the page down and put up a very basic page.  They would
like to know more about whether they can or cannot use JavaScript.

After we struggle through all this to get the logon page accessible we still
have the problem of instructors who are all over the place.  We have no
control over them.  Myself and co-workers can teach, suggest and provide
information, but they can pretty much do what they want in terms of their
courses.  We can not even go in their course spaces.  Some of them can
barely do html.  There has to be a better way to approach this.

We would like to go with templates but there are no requirements in place to
assure that faculty will use them.

The HiSoftware looks interesting but I don't see where it would work within
WebCT.
