In terms of the word reasonable, common law practice used this measurement
in regard to what would the reasonable person do in the circumstances.  I
would suggest that the term "reasonable interpretation" was not practiced
by the Supreme Court in one of its latest decisions related to the A D A.
Brushing one's teeth hardly means one can scrape or repair paint on a car,
and I am afraid that my life is not quite right because I thought working
was a major component of it.
