Kelly,
Our experience at Illinois with testing companies in general is they are not very accessible and they do not support students with disabilities. There seems to be a general fear of challenging these companies in higher education on accessibility. But we have had many students at Illinois have poor service or have to pay to take tests multiple times when assistive technologies or accommodations provided ny the company have not worked for those students.
