I use Opera as my preferred browser at home. It not only can enlarge fonts,
it enlarges images as well. It is also very easy to disable pop-up ads.
However, it is not compatible with all websites. On some sites, the links
don't open other pages.

One of my favorite features is that you can use Ctrl + j to list all the
links on a page. You can also use mouse gestures to perform functions. For
example, a right + left click will go back, left + right, will go forward,
drag right click down and right will close the page, etc.

It does allow the fonts to be enlarged thus making it
easier to read for some visually handicapped users.
However, for me, it is pretty much just a very fast browser.
