To put prior posts together: in literary braille it is dots 2-5, and it 
can be inserted in the midst of a compound number (such as time) without 
the need for any special indicators.

If it is computer braille it is dots 1-5-6, again without the need for any 
special idnicators.

If it is Nemeth code it is dots 1-5-6, but I am not sure of the rules for 
indicators.
