        A genocidal war refers to operations aimed at destroying
        all members of the enemy including women and children,
        civilians, and by taking no prisoners. War, on the other
        hand, may follow certain more humane forms involving the
        achievement of certain strategic and tactical interests,
        the taking of prisoners, and the distinction between soldiers
        and civilians.  There is a considerable difference.

Such sophistries screen successive centuries of sacrificed sons; such
silly things as that, seem stupid, sir, so should we sheath the sword?
