Many are convicted, properly in S. Centr. LA of the heinous crime
(with apologies to Nation): DWB--Driving while black.  Of course in S. Cent.
(and whole portions of other cities in US) there is de facto fascism.  It is
really class warfare, directed at controlling the sub-living wage workers.
