Howard quotes Jay's ENTIRE post and then writes:

Please, folx, let's just quote the relevent parts of the post we're replying
to.  I believe that's in the guidelines we got when we subscribed.  As an
anarchist, I certainly don't think we should blindly follow rules, but this
one makes a lot of sense.
