Chiapas is not a mere rebelion, is a war between two conceptions of Mexico,
one guided by the market economy, the other guided by the need of social
benefits.

In a war is difficult to call "a criminal" to one side of the battle, but
if there is a criminal y the Mexican government. you can have more
information. If you need I have many testimonies and press denounces.
