This may be of help to you: About a month ago- CSPAN broadcast a news
conference that was held by a humanitarian group from Minnesota. The group
had been fined by the government for transporting food and medical aid to Iraq
without going through the "proper" channels. You can find out what it was if
you search the C-SPAN website (www.cspan.org). If you don't find the topic-
which will lead you to the exact group name- you can call CSPAN, and they will
search for you. Again- I hope this information is helpful, even though it is
not exact.

My main interest is humanitarian intervention but anything significant
on Iraq is of use to me.

Thanks.
