Chomsky hits it right on the head again and I've been astounded that others have
not be commenting in this fashion (other than Yeltsin).  We would be condemning
anyone else who did such things as this and I'm reminded of my personal remarks
about such strikes, "We did it because we are large, powerful and we could..."
I cannot believe that we will not be the recipient of endless attempts to
impress upon us the foolishness of thinking we can get away sans similar acts
against us in the future...
