Right now, in America at least, most workers, right down to the junkie
sweeping a sidewalk are voting with their hands (staying and working ) or
their feet (quitting and leaving). That's because it is against the law
to forcibly detain an individual who has not caused harm. And such laws
are usually enforced. Like water seeking its own level, workers are
free to migrate from dying industries to growing industries, from
incompetently managed businesses to competently managed businesses, from
criminal organizations to ethical organizations, from low pay to high
pay, from poor benefits to better benefits, from New Jersey to Hawaii,
etc. If you feel sorry for those who are stuck in dying, incompetently
managed, criminal low paying and poor benefit companies in New Jersey, do
something for them. Don't kill the system of mobility. Organize with
similarly minded people, contact the workers and educate them. One
dedicated teacher can change the lives of hundreds.

Hell, teach the workers how to take responsibility, now, by buying stock
and taking over the company ... all within the capitalist system which
provides a ready made vehicle for ownership. Capitalism is not our enemy,
the use of force is.
