what makes you think he wouldn't be the same given half the
chance? clinton was a draft dodger, etc., that didn't stop him..
haven't you ever heard of the reform party in canada? they started
off by being an "opposition" party but now they are indistingushable
from the Conservative party and they are trying to join together.
