Simplistically put, isn't it just a matter of enforcing strict discipline
ON those questioning the US/transnationals' place in the new world order?
Beyond Iraq, the trade rulings are predominanately given in
US/transnational favor. Those rulings can usually be enforced by
financial means; but one day penalties will involve force - just as in
the not-so-old colonials days.
