Pleasant, but unlikely. We'll have to "start over" as the result of
concerted, democratic action on the part of an awful lot of people, and not
just from the USA. And actually...
while it would be nice to screw up, say, people's bills on their charge
account/plastic, it would also be not so nice for people to not be able to
buy anything they really need with plastic, because their accounts will be
kaput. Potential chaos during which only organized capital can possibly
prosper.
Also, everything being so dependent on computers and timing and dating, it
won't just be missile tests - or actual uses in a war - which will be
affected, but truly sick people whose lives depend on the timing and spacing
of their treatments...drugs, therapy etc.
Nope, we'll have to create change. It won't happen accidentally, although we
can, and should, organize to take advantage of accidents and work to
alleviate whatever pain they might cause.
