I have a booklet of recipes from the CSA Annual Conference/Dallas.  One of
the recipes is for Gluten-Free Brownies and one of the ingredients is methyl
cellulose or Clear Gel (Kitchen Glamour).

I would like to know if anybody has the Clear Gel as I have a recipe that
calls for an instant gelatin but says not to use Knox gelatin.  I am unable
to find this type gelatin in the health food store.  The grocery store only
has Knox gelatin.
TIA for any info.
