I am a constipated Celiac and I was doing a 4 week Candida diet and in the meantime I went for a Barium Swallow as I was having ulcer trouble. The specialist told me that I had a severe case of Constipation and that my large intenstine was backed up. Because I was doing a Candida diet and am aware of the problem with die off and toxics so I was making sure I was having a daily bowel movement so I was very shocked when he told me I was constipated as I had no idea. I am 27 and tall and thin but always have a very bloated belly. Am I now wondering if so many years of constipation my bowels are so distended that I don't even know that I'm constipated. So I'm asking if you know of any bowel cleanses so that I can start with empty bowels and monitor them from a starting point. Now I have a tonne of food allergies as well and have had troubles in the past with anything fiberous ex Psyllium Seed. I'm looking for an oil based cleanse so that I won't risk getting more constipated.

Thanks for all your help.
Reese

P.S. Have been GF for 3 years and feel I am fine with the Celiac's portion. I think maybe food allergies are causing the constipation as well. I took out dairy 2 years ago and that relieved alot of constipation issues then.
