Dear all,
The question came up about Kellogg's honey corn flakes, so I
thought I'd throw this in. I called Kellogg's last week, to ask about
the gf status of Almond-Raisin Nutri-grain. They were great. The person
I talked to said they make three cereals with no gluten in the
ingredients: (1) Almond-Raisin Nutri-grain
              (2) Corn Pops
              (3) Temptations, honey-pecan flavor

She did add, though, that because they DO make other cereals that
contain gluten, there was always the small possibility of cross-
contamination, even though they do clean everything off before making
the three above cereals. (I didn't even ask her that -- they volunteered
that information).

In addition, they have a guaranteed gluten-free (made totally
separately) puffed rice which is not sold in stores but which people
can order direct from Kellogg's (their 800 number is on any of their
cereal boxes on the side under nutritional info).

From Kellogg's point of view at least, malt flavoring is NOT
considered gluten-free.

Best,
Nancy in S. Illinois
