Hi Folks

I am just back from seeing a nutritionist at the Beth Isreal in Boston--Ms.
Dennis. I had previously gone to a very nice nutritioinist who knew very
little about our disease. Ms. Dennis is a celiac's dream. She is very knowlegeable
and in fact is open about having the disease herself. I learned a lot from
her and am going back for a second visit. Getting an appointment is difficult.
I asked for one in May and the first available was today. But, the wait is
worth it.

Helen
Boston
