Hi,
Ener-G makes a terrific "English Muffin." Doesn't taste
much like English muffins but, split and toasted they
have a crucnhy crust and a nice soft airy center.  I buy
them by the case for my own use.  Not a sales pitch.
Just thought you might like to try them out for yourself.
You can buy as little a 1 pkg. (3-4 muffins).  Great toasted
with butter and marmalade! Also, makes a terrific
"hamburger bun."  Haven't seen them in the stores.
I order mine directly from the company.  Don't care for
their "hamburger buns." Find them hard, dense and like
a lot of the rice breads.
