I received a total of 6 replies to my inquiry. "...if anyone on the list has
heard of the diet, tried the diet, or could relay any experiences."
2 people sent me the website which I'd already visited.
1 person felt he was a "crackpot fanatic."
2 people responded about Null's diet. One said the diet is
drastic and he does include whole wheat, brown rice, millet and buckwheat.
No regular wheat or white rice. The other said he specifically does not eat
gluten and that he has said that eating wheat is a huge problem for many
people.
Only 1 person actually tried the diet and said it is quite
difficult to maintain and needs a lot of planning. This person also said
she felt better because she is more productive at work and more inclined to
exercise.
Thanks to all of you that responded, especially those who responded about
the diet.
