This is coming from someone whose son is autistic not a celiac, so
investigate before ingesting. There is another brand of tamari/soy sauce
Eden. Address: Eden Foods, Inc., Clinton, Michigan, 49236. Ingredients:
water, organic whole soybeans, sea salt alcohol. For someone who has to watch
yeast, this is NOT for you. For gluten free it appears, on the surface, to be
alright.
