To all my customers who received orders via shipping:

Should any of my customers have received an order in bad shape, please
contact me as I want to be sure that everyone is 100% satisfied with their
order. My goal is to be sure that everyone receives high quality baked goods
at a reasonable price, and would happily replace or refund orders that were
received in poor condition. I received no contact from this person quoted on
the list serve, and so was unable to either reinmburse them or replace their
order for them. I feel this has placed a negative impact on my shipping
business, and strive to make sure all of my customers are satisfied. I have
had numerous customers from Florida to Alaska, to California with orders
shipped from Philadelphia, Pennsylavania that arrived in excellent condition,
many times with abused exterior boxes from shipping, and intact interior
items.

Should there be any of my customers who were unsatisfied, please email me
at [log in to unmask], or phone me at the bakery at 1-877-677-4887, and I will
try to resolve any problems.

We only ship carrot cake "blanks", and no frosted cakes, to try to minimize
any problems.

Please contact me and I will happily make sure that you are satisfied, as I
would also like to be satisfied. I don't want people to be unhappy with
their products that they receive from us, and since we are fairly new to
shipping, there may be occasional errors.

Thank you all for your patience, Mr. Ritt's Bakery
