All ~ good news for us fortunate, I had pizza for the first time in a long
while, found a good resource the GF Detectives, and I shopped at a store
with tags that said "GF". First ~ I celebrated my mom's birthday with a
Gluten Free Pizza at Beau Jos in Denver Colorado. I had the Gluten Free
Vegetarian Combo and it was just the right size and excellent. My mother
enjoyed a piece as well. Second ~ the Beau Jos GF menu says it has been
researched and approved by Gluten Detectives. Download the menu at
http://www.beaujos.com/guiltfree.html. GF Detectives can be found at
http://www.gluten-detectives.net/index.htm (click on suspects for more
places and info). Third ~ kudos to King Soopers for putting up signs next
to prices that say "Gluten Free".

Come on out to Colorado and do some skiing. On the way stop off at Beau Jos
in Denver or on your way up to the hills in Idaho Springs.

Enjoy
