Paula,

Thank you for contacting us in regard to our gluten free menu options!
We do our best to ensure all of our guests a safe, memorable and fun
dining experience in Hershey and offer a variety of gluten free items
for guests to safely enjoy, including gluten free pizza and chicken.
Gluten free options are available at various restaurants throughout the
park and range from pizza and burgers to tacos and sweets. If you order
a gluten free item, please allow a few minutes from the time you place
your order for preparation as gluten free items are made to order.
Please also be sure to specify that you need gluten free, as each of
these options has counterparts containing gluten. We train our staff in
proper food handling to prevent cross contamination and emphasize the
broad range of dietary needs we encounter. All of our gluten free items
are prepared to order using freshly cleaned utensils and surfaces
separate from areas in which products containing gluten are prepared.
The staff preparing your items will also wear a fresh pair of gloves
to further limit the risk of cross contamination.

Below I have provided a list of locations and the gluten free items each
offers. In addition to those listed below, many of our restaurants
serve salads, chips, and other selections that are gluten free including
sweets made by Cookies...For Me? brand. If you have any questions about
specific items at any of our restaurants at the time of your visit,
please talk to a member of our food and beverage team who will happily
assist you. We keep ingredient lists at each of our restaurants for
guests to review as well, in case there are any concerns about specific
menu items we offer. Feel free to contact me at any time if you would
like more information or if you have concerns or feedback. Hopefully
this information is helpful to you and your family. Thanks again and
have a sweet week!
