Thank you to all individuals who responded to my inquiry about Bob's Red Mill Pizza Crust Mix. I believe that I am allergic to something else in the mix and there is no celiac reaction happening. The crust mix makes great pizza and great cinnamon rolls! Eat up (if you can)!

Many people responded to my inquiry about allergies to other items in the mix. Some were allergic to yeast, guar gum, xanthum gum, dairy, soy, fava, millet, etc.

One kind person stated that they toured Bob's Red Mill's commercial plant and the facility has a dedicated space for gluten free items.

I often make my own gluten free flour and grains, so, I am going to have to get back to that. Time to figure out other intolerances!

Having recently been married, I've been blaming all my illnesses on my hubby who is a gluten-eater (We can't even kiss after he eats wheat!)!

Thanks everyone!
