I'm wondering if we should still be careful about seeing maltodextrin on
ingredient labels. Didn't it used to mean that in the U.S. it contained
corn? Wishbone Russian dressing now has the following information:
maltodextrin (corn, wheat). I guess it's good that we now have the
information but it still means we have to call the manufacturer to know
whether that batch is made with corn or wheat.
