Hi all,

I am wondering what percentage of celiac adults end
up with a case of duodenal and/or stomach ulcers at some point?
Does anyone have information on this? I've been GF since
March 1999. I am also DH and LI ( lactose intolerant). 2 weeks
ago I had a EGD (endoscopy) and they found duodenal ulcers.

Recently, I saw posted that many people on the list had difficulty
with Nexium. I had a very difficult time with Protonix and
switched to Prilosec. Prilosec is better with respect to very few
side effects, but doesn't seem to be helping/curing the ulcers
very well. I'd be very interested in hearing from anyone with
experience in this area. Thanks!

- Paul
