Do all celiacs eventually develop enough immediate
sensitivity to know when they've eaten even small
amounts of gluten?

Anyone out there biopsed diagnosed 5+ years ago who
still doesn't get short term nausea or related when eating a small amount?

I'm 2 years past biopsy and nary a trace of such a response. I'm sure my
intestines would know, of course. Still the diet info nuisance would be
easier with that immediate feedback.
