Here is my contact list of manufacturers.  I just look on the products for a
1-800 number and call. I have received GF lists from each of them about 1.5
yrs ago and should call again to get updated lists, I call every few months
to ask about changes as well.  If anyone has numbers to add please send them
to me.
 
p.s.  I think these are all Canadian 1-800 numbers, I don't know how far
they work, but from Alberta they are fine.  Also contact the Canadian Celiac
Association at 1-800-363-7296 for information about a chapter near your that
may have a product shopping guide for your area.
