Hi Steve & All,
 
Just today I was wondering about my brown sugar (this was before I read
your post), and called Domino's 1-212-789-9700, the brand I happened to
have.  They told me all their products are GF - brown, powdered,
granulated, superfine. She (I didn't get a name) said they don't use a
gluten-containing malt syrup.
