Here's a summary of GF dressings......

What a lifeline!

I called Ken's Foods, Inc.  1-800-645-5707 and found the French Lite
and Red Wine Lite dressings are GF.

When I called Hidden Valley, 1-800-537-2823, I found only the original Ranch
and the Ranch Lite are GF, But all the party dip mixes are GF.

Lipton Products, 1-800-697-7887, the maker of Wish Bone Salad Dressings, sent
me a written list of dressings that are GF.  The list includes:  Wish Bone
Fat Free Dressings-Ranch, Chuncky Blue Cheese, Italian, Thousand Island,
Honey Dijon, Sweet N' Spicy French and Deluxe French.  Wish Bone Lite
Dressings-Ranch, Chunky Blue Cheese, Thousand Island, Italian, French, Dijon
Vinaigrette and Olive Oil Classic Caesar.

1.  Hidden Valley Ranch bottled salad dressings.  This also includes our
Fat-Free and Kid's dressings.

2.  Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mixes -- Reduced Calorie Original
and Ranch Italian.

3.  Hidden Valley Ranch Party Dip mixes.(*My note- mix these with low or
non-fat yogurt)

4.  Hidden Valley Ranch ready to eat dips.

5.  K.C. Masterpiece barbeque sauces; except Honey Teriyaki flavor.

* Good Seasons Italian (dry mix)

* Use fresh or bottled lemon juice.

***Best Foods (maker of GF mayonnaise) seems to have come out with a new
line of salad dressings. I have not yet verified GF status- but tried
their Ranch w/ no reaction.
