I want to thank everyone for their suggestions. The consensus semed to be,
a reduced carbohydrate diet, (rice, pasta, GF bread, potatoes etc.) more
exercise and 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.

A few suggested Suzanne Somers book, "Eat, Cheat and Melt the Fat Away".
Others advised Marilou Henner's diet and Weight Watchers. Several listmates
said by not eating starch or sugar and just eating protein and
vegetables--you don't feel hungry so soon.

Yesterday, I started with the reduced Carbs, more protein and veggies. For
exercise I go to "Curves for Women" to exercise three times a week and play
golf three or four times a week and walk the 9 holes.

Will let you know how I make out in a few weeks.

Thanks again.
Anita
