I contacted Grandpa's Beef Jerky and their product is completely gluten
free. The Soy Sauce is French's which does not contain gluten. All
caramel color, spices, and natural flavor come from gluten free sources.
All flavors are gluten free. In addition, sodium nitrate is its only
preservative and it tastes good too.
This product is also packaged under the name OU Boomer Sooner Beef Jerky.

It comes out of McAlester, Oklahoma. I buy it at my local WalMart.
