Hey all and Happy Halloween!

My sister is very big into the Harry Potter fan community and hosts her own little show on Spell Cast- a podcast that discusses all aspects of HP fandom including art, fanfiction, etc. Anyway, she had a woman on the show who bakes professional-quality cakes and, because my husband has CD, asked her about alternatives to wheat flour. Amazingly enough, this portion of the interview survived editing. It even sounds like this baker could make a GF cake if someone were interested. Anyway, my sister makes no money off of this, so it's not an ad. Just glad to know we're getting the word out even in this kind of medium. Click on the link below; it will take you to the podcast (the flour discussion is just a short portion of it).

Also, if anyone is interested in having a professional cake done by this person (I am going to check into it for my husband's birthday next spring), I am willing to contact my sister and see if that's a service she can provide. She's out of Baltimore, MD and I have no idea if she ships. Again, not an ad, but an offer to make in inquiry on your behalf if you like.
