Hello my friends,

I had a bone density test recently and found my bones were better than
normal. I attribute this to my reputation of being the "Dairy Queen", a name
my doctor gave me when I first saw her and had to give her a run down on
what kind of diet I ate.

However, 2 years after diagnoses of celiac, I also found out I was very
sensitive to lactose as most of us are. After two years of being gf, my
villi still have not healed enough. In fact she says I may be a case where
my villi will never heal enough to have dairy again.

Anyway I said all that to ask this question. She wants me to take a calcium
supplement. At least 1000 to 1200 a day. She has prescribed a gf Iron
supplement for my anemia, but told me to ask you all what you recommend for
a calcium supplement.

Any recommendations. Thanks
