Join us at the next meeting of the Westchester Celiac Sprue Support Group,
Sunday, March 4th, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the auditorium of Phelps Memorial
Hospital, Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Beth Hillson, founder and owner of The Gluten-Free Pantry will talk about
making some of our favorite recipes gluten-free. Beth is a professional chef
and food writer, who, along with her son, is gluten-free. Be sure to join us
-- an afternoon with Beth is special and not to be missed!
We will also be showing a videotape of the Rich Gannon interview that aired
on CNN on January 26th. Rich Gannon, quarterback with the Oakland Raiders
became a national spokesman for Celiac Diease after his four-year old
daughter, Danielle was diagnosed.
Arrive at 1:30 p.m. or stay after the meeting to shop with Foods by George.
You can also meet Beth Hillson and pick up an order form for The Gluten-Free
Pantry products, including a free-shipping coupon for those attending the
meeting.
